Arthium
Privacy Policy
Effective: July 15, 2026
This policy explains how Arthium handles information when you use its desktop, mobile and optional cloud services. Arthium is designed to keep core business records available locally while allowing authorised users to enable synchronization and connected features.
Information handled
Depending on the features used, Arthium may process account identifiers, business profiles, customers and vendors, products, invoices, purchases, payments, expenses, staff activity, delivery records, device information, diagnostics and support communications.
Mobile permissions
Camera, contacts, location, files, notifications and biometric capabilities are requested only when a related feature is used or enabled. Camera and files may support document or delivery evidence; contacts may help select a customer; location may support delivery proof; notifications may show reminders; biometrics may unlock a previously authenticated account. Permission can be denied or withdrawn through device settings, although the related feature may stop working.
How information is used
- To provide billing, accounting, inventory, reporting and operational workflows.
- To synchronize authorised business data between devices when cloud sync is enabled.
- To secure accounts, enforce permissions, investigate failures and prevent abuse.
- To provide support and communicate service-related information.
Sharing and processors
Arthium does not sell personal information. Data may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, payment or communication providers only when the corresponding service is enabled. Business administrators control which staff can access their organisation's records.
Storage and retention
Local data remains on the user's device until removed, reset or restored by an authorised user. Optional cloud data is retained while the account or business workspace remains active, subject to legal, security and backup requirements. Users should maintain independent encrypted backups of important business records.
Security
Arthium uses access controls, tenant isolation, encrypted network transport and validation controls. No electronic system can guarantee absolute security, so users must protect passwords, devices, recovery files and administrator access.
Your choices
You may manage permissions from device settings, disable optional synchronization, request correction of profile information or request deletion through the account deletion page.
